Below are a list of questions we frequently receive at Chiba Ghosts.

 

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: We custom make every item in-house after an order is placed. Please allow 3 to 5 days for your item to be made before shipment. After your items have been processed, approximate shipping times are as follows: 

• United States: Avg. 3 - 5 business days (after fulfillment).   
• United Kingdom: Avg. 8 - 12 business days (after fulfillment).  
• Australia: Avg. 12 - 15 business days (after fulfillment).  
• Rest of the world: Avg. 15 - 20 business days (after fulfillment).  

 

Q: What is the inspiration for your designs?

A: Our designs are based on Japanese folklore, or things that have happened to us while visiting Japan.

Q: What is Chiba?

A: Chiba Prefecture (千葉県, Chiba-ken) is a prefecture of Japan located in the Kantō region, and the Greater Tokyo Area. The sixth most populous prefecture, and 27th largest by land area, Chiba is on the east coast of Honshu and largely consists of the Bōsō Peninsula, which encloses the eastern side of Tokyo Bay.

Andrea, our designer, lived in Chiba for 3 years.

Q: Where is the item I purchased?

A: Once you place your order we fulfill it, which means we have your items created if they are not already in stock. This can take a few days sometimes, however if you choose an expiated shipping method, your order will jump to the head of the que.

Then your order is shipped to you using the shipping method you selected during checkout. Once it's out for delivery you can track it if you have used a service with a tracking number.

Q: Do you believe in ghosts?

A: Yes. We don't know what they are, but we sure have seen them!

Q: Do you make products for kids?

A: Yes, right here.

Q: How does the rewards program work?

A: Sign up for a store account and you will start earning points ( you get a bunch for just signing up). You can then track your progress any time by clicking on the floating Reward Program button on any page of our site.
