Shipping and Returns


Shipping:

Q: How long will it take to recieve my order?

A: We custom make every item in-house after an order is placed. Please allow 3 to 5 days for your shirt(s) to be made before shipment. After your shirt(s) have been processed, approximate shipping times are as follows: 

  • United States: Avg. 3 - 5 business days (after fulfillment).   
  • United Kingdom: Avg. 8 - 12 business days (after fulfillment).  
  • Australia: Avg. 12 - 15 business days (after fulfillment).  
  • Rest of the world: Avg. 15 - 20 business days (after fulfillment).  

Shipping times can vary by the shipping method selected during checkout, but generally you can expect to receive your items in 7-10 working days. There will always be exceptions so if shipping time is of particular importance to you select the fastest shipping option available during checkout.

  • If you select an Express Shipping method during checkout your order will move to the head of the queue, and may be dispatched on the day you order. 

The exact cost for shipping will be indicated during checkout before you purchase.

If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order or you’re concerned by the current tracking status, then just email us using the address below so we can help you further.

Returns:

Important: Please contact us at sales@chibaghosts.com if you would like to return something for whatever reason. Do not send anything before emailing us.

Returns may be accepted if they are received within 30 days of purchase. 

    Size exchanges can be made within 30 days from the time the product is received.

    Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
